Will I be prescribed medication automatically?
No. Medication is prescribed only when clinically appropriate, at your clinician's discretion, after reviewing your full health history. Approval is never guaranteed — and if medication isn't right for you, we say so and you don't pay for the visit. An honest no is part of the service.
Is my visit private?
Yes. Your intake, messages, and records are handled in HIPAA-secure clinical systems, and anything we ship arrives from a licensed pharmacy in plain, unmarked packaging with tracking in your account. Nobody learns anything from your doorstep.
Is the website chat medical advice?
